The project covered every layer of digital publishing: editorial curation, InDesign layout and animation, XML authoring, and a browser-to-eReader production pipeline.

Appointed as Director of Visuals for a national conference with 200+ attendees, leading a five-person team from concept through live execution. Developed the brand identity from the conference theme "Breakthrough" into a purple-to-yellow complementary palette that moved from dark to light. Collaborated and approved the application: social media, physical stage backdrop, video, slides, and a live-streamed broadcast.
